You can return RingBox hardware within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in like-new condition with all accessories and packaging.

- Non-defective returns: you cover return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.
- Defective or incorrect items: we’ll provide a prepaid label.
- Service: cancel anytime—if you cancel within 30 days of first activation, we’ll refund the first month’s service.
